Danieli has acquired 30% of the shares in Novastilmec, an Italian company located in Garbagnate Monastero, northern Italy.
Novastilmec specialises in high-performing processing lines for steel, aluminium, brass, copper and titanium coil strips.
The partnership will allow Novastilmec to expand its business volume, and Danieli to expand the product range of the downstream finishing of steel and nonferrous flat products.
The collaboration will allow both companies to extend business operations towards downstream services worldwide.
Additionally, more slitting and cut-to-length lines will be made available due to the partnership.
