British Steel has supplied 800t of structural sections to a new educational campus in Cardiff, Wales.
The £110m, Fairwater Community Campus, will see three schools located on one site, and will accommodate over 2,000 staff and students.
Phil Knowles, commercial director for construction, said: “British Steel has a vital role to play in supporting educational institutes like this and we are excited to be working with Morgans of Usk on this pioneering project.”
The project includes replacing the old Cantonian High School buildings and constructing new accommodation.
Construction on the project begin in 2023 and is expected to be completed by Autumn 2026.
