Aperam, a stainless and specialty steelmaker, has completed the acquisition of Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, a US-based supplier in the aerospace and industrial sectors.

By joining forces, Aperam and Universal Stainless & Alloy Products hope to strengthen their capabilities, enhance their value chain, and deliver superior products and services to their global customer base.
