An all in one machine can bend profiles and tubes, including straightening, cambering and press forming.
The open design is ideal for steel/metal fabricators as well as busbar manufacturers. Closed forms, boxes, fittings, bracket or similar parts can be bent quickly and accurately with standard tools.
The Stierli-Bieger horizontal bending machine can bend flat bars up to 300x30mm and tubes up to 100mm diameter. The machine can also be used to straighten sections in different materials up to 300mm.
The machine has the options of mechanical control, NC with touch screen or CNC with automatic angle measuring. Stierli-Bieger’s tool change system allows the economic working of single items as well as production runs.
