Ore ships with a loading capacity of 400,000 metric tonnes can be accommodated at seven berths in four Chinese ports, according to China’s Ministry of Transportation and the National Development and Reform Commission.

The berths in question include one berth at Dagushan Dockland of Dalian Port, two berths in phase three of the Caofeidian Dockland of Tangshan Port, one berth at Dongjiakou Dockland of Qingdao Port, one berth in phase two of Majishan Iron Ore Wharf of Ningbo Zhoushan Port and two berths at the Qushan Dockland of Ningbo Zhoushan Port.
