ArcelorMittal Bremen has installed a 300t twin ladle furnace at its Bremen site.
The plant, supplied by Siemens Metals Technologies, replaces the two previous conditioning stands used for liquid steel treatment, and will substantially cut the cost of steel treatment and ladle metallurgy.
